Screen Printing is the traditional process that uses screen meshes to transfer ink onto a substrate (wide range of materials). This creates a lasting and professional finish. Screen Printing offers vibrant colours, specialty ink options, and excellent outdoor durability. highly cost-effective for large bulk orders and provides unmatched wash and wear resistance compared to digital methods.

Our design studio is the one stop shop for all your printing needs. Artwork can be redesigned, recoloured, stepped up, resized and formatted in whichever way you require. Artwork can even be produced from a basic idea or draft and developed through fast, responsive communication between us to you. When placing an order, the studio will always send a proof to you from studio@nameplateuk.com to ensure you are happy with the artwork before proceeded with production.

We offer a wide range of digital printing using our high quality ROLAND and Mimaki RIP Print&Cut machines giving you the best professional finish to a wide range of materials and unique shapes.

Not only do we print on a wide range of materials, we can also print on components that you already have! Our printers are able to secure the component onto the printing bench and print artwork directly onto the component. These will then be treated, dried and packaged safely and securely for your return. We can offer Screen Printing and Digital prints on components. (call for more info)

Walsall is the heart of leather making and with that comes the demand for saddle plates, pins and badges. Your logo/artwork can be resized, tweaked or redesigned in our design studio and produced onto a wide range of saddle plates and badges. Our standard saddle plate size is 50.1mm x 34.5 but other sizes can be produced with the making of a tool at an extra charge. Etching is another traditional printing process but this process uses acids and chemicals to cut through to unprotected areas of the material (artwork) to create an inlay of ink into the material. Etching gives a great professional finish as well as a lasting high quality print. This process allows for complicated artwork and prints without losing any detail or accuracy.

Sublimation printing uses heat to transfer inks onto material. Rather than resting on top of the material, the ink is heated and becomes a chemical that embeds inside the material. This gives a professional and long lasting finish. We offer Sublimation printing on mugs, coasters and bespoke components.

Engraving services are available in our studio. Being able to engrave on a wide range of materials including acrylics and aluminium up to 2mm. Contact lee@nameplateuk.com for any Engraving related enquiries.

We offer Stamping and Numbering, Many labels and signs have serial codes, dates, and data that need consecutive numbering printing on them. Our Stamping and Numbering press can gives an accurate and long lasting print.
